Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) regularly review their services to make sure they are making the best use of the resources they have available to support people.
To help them do this they want to hear from people who have used their services, or maybe haven’t, but may want to in the future, to understand what works well, what could be better and what might be missing.
This is something their Adult Autism Diagnostic, Post-Diagnostic and Virtual Autism Hub services are currently looking at and they need your help.
To find out what current services are available, please follow this link to the NHS Lincolnshire website.
NHS Lincolnshire have developed a short survey to gather people’s views and will be talking to people over the next few months as they look at how they might want to change their services in the future. The survey will be open until sunday 16th November 2025 and can be completed by following this link to the NHS Lincolnshire website.
Thank you for your time and sharing your feedback and NHS Lincolnshire hope you will join them in their working group going forward.
Responses to this survey will be received by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and will be kept confidential under the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you would prefer to speak to a member of their team about your experience, you need support in completing the survey, require an alternative format, or the survey in another language, please contact the participation team by sending an email to lpft.involvement@nhs.net or calling 07773 206341.
