This survey is open to all members of the public, patients, and professional stakeholders, whether or not you have previously been involved with Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group (LCHG) Chaplaincy services.
LCHG Chaplaincy services provide inclusive pastoral, spiritual, and religious support to patients, families, and staff across our healthcare settings.
They welcome and support people of all faiths, beliefs, and those with no religious affiliation.
They are committed to developing chaplaincy services that truly reflect the needs and values of their communities. This involves reviewing how the service has worked in the past, exploring what it could look like in the future, and understanding any barriers or opportunities that affect access.
Your feedback will help them to plan for the best use of chaplaincy across LCHG and ensure they have a clearer understanding of what matters most to you.
Please can you help them with this by sharing your views and insight?
This survey will take about 5 to10 minutes, but it may be less depending on how you answer.
