NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board are inviting all NHS staff, Stakeholders, patients and members of the public to share their views on how community pharmacies support health and wellbeing across Lincolnshire.

There are two short surveys that they would like your help in promoting. One for NHS staff and stakeholders, including colleagues in ambulance services, hospitals, community teams, and other settings who refer or signpost patients to community pharmacy services.
The other survey is for the public and patients.
Both surveys close on Sunday 30th November 2025.

NHS Lincolnshire would love to hear from patients about their experiences of community pharmacy services, or their views even if they haven’t used them.
Your local Community Pharmacy can be found in supermarkets, on the high street, in shopping centres, local neighbourhoods and villages. They can support you with getting your medicines, giving advice about your health, treating minor illnesses, and helping you stay well.
Your answers are private and will only be used to help improve pharmacy services.
