NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board want to understand people’s experience of how they were diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and the way they engaged with services.
This includes patients, carers, and family members.
The results of the survey will be shared with the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and the Lincolnshire system partners to help to inform a review of the FND pathway and will be used as part of their plans to develop a FND Strategy for Lincolnshire.
