Movement 4Memory is a social meeting group for individuals with early stage dementia and their carers.
This new group started up at Holbeach Hub on Monday 13th January 2025 and is being run by Tonic Health.
The session begins with seated exercises and is followed by refreshments and an activity that varies each week.
The Movement 4Memory group meet every Monday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and costs £2.50 per person per session (introductory offer).
It is being held at The Holbeach Hub, Boston Road South, Holbeach. PE12 7LR.
