Green Synergy is delighted to be delivering their Rooted in Care project as part of The Culture and Nature for Health and Wellbeing project in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council.
These sessions offer inclusive, accessible, and meaningful nature-based activities such as garden journaling and seed bomb making, designed to support carers.
Not only that, but it gives carers the opportunity to connect with nature as the sessions take place in their beautiful Hillside Garden on Roman Pavement in Lincoln.
Pastries, fruit and delicious drinks are provided too!
