Help HWLincs reach people with sensory impairments. They are gathering feedback from people in Lincolnshire who are blind or partially sighted, D/deaf, hard of hearing, or living with combined sensory loss.
We want to understand their experiences of using health and social care services, what works well and where things could be improved.

If you work with, care for, or know someone with a sensory impairment, please encourage them to share their story with HWLincs. You can also pass on their feedback directly.
