Serenity Womens Group

Introduction:

A women’s wellbeing group is being set up to encourage wellbeing, confidence, and self-care for the local community.

This Serenity Womens Group will provide a welcoming, safe space where women can explore their creativity, aim to reduce stress, and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.

Through guided activities and conversations, they will encourage self-expression, relaxation, and personal growth.

All participants need is a willingness to explore and enjoy the process

When and Where

The Serenity Womens Group runs every Thursday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm commencing on Thursday 3rd April 2025.

It is being held at Wellbeing Hub, Centenary Methodist Church, Red Lion Street, Boston, PE21 6NY.
