Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Partnership brings together two of Lincolnshire's biggest charity organisations; Voluntary Centre Services (VCS) and Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Partnership (LCVS) to create an organisation that is making a difference to the communities of Lincolnshire.

About Voluntary Centre Services
Voluntary Centre Services (VCS) is operated by Urban Challenge Ltd, a registered charity and company limited by guarantee.
We provide support to the community and voluntary sector as a volunteer development agency and a local support and development organisation.
Our Board of Directors are responsible for the governance of the organisation, we have a small corporate management team and three district based offices. Our services are delivered in three local authority districts of West Lincolnshire, known locally as VCS Lincoln, VCS North Kesteven and VCS West Lindsey.
Our mission is to enable the development of stable, thriving communities with the capacity to plan and manage lasting improvements to their quality of life.

About Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service
Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS) has provided support and leadership as the Local Infrastructure Organisation for the voluntary and community sector in South and East Lincolnshire for over 25 years.
We offer guidance, training, and cost-effective DBS checking so the organisations can focus their energy toward making a difference in their communities. Our goal is to help these organisations operate efficiently and effectively, enabling them to focus on their vital work of improving lives.
At LCVS, we are passionate about promoting volunteering as a force for positive change, while upholding the highest standards of excellence and good practice. As the sole accredited Volunteer Centre in South and East Lincolnshire, we provide a streamlined brokerage service to connect potential volunteers with organisations seeking volunteers.
As the leading provider of Social Prescribing Link Worker services in Lincolnshire, we are committed to delivering person-centred health and wellbeing support that empowers individuals. Through our work, we have become a driving force in the transformation of health and social care services across Lincolnshire.
LCVS has been recognised for its exceptional commitment to hiring and promoting apprentices into leadership positions, receiving special commendation for this effort. It is our firm belief that apprenticeships are a valuable way to develop talent and cultivate leadership skills, and we are dedicated to continuing this practice. By doing so, we hope to inspire and encourage more individuals to pursue careers in the voluntary and community sector, where we are proud to be recognised as sector leaders.
