Boston Borough Council are changing their Council Tax and Benefits drop in sessions to an appointment only service to provide an improved structure to their customer experience.
This will be effective as from the 1st November 2024.

Please be aware that this service is not able to provide benefit assessments or assist with completion of new benefit claim forms.
If you are able, please use other self-serve channels such as the website, webchat or telephony service for all enquiries before requesting an appointment.
For any Council Tax Payments, please continue to use the Website, pay point or the Post Office wherever possible.
Appointments will be bookable from Monday 28th October 2024 and can be booked via telephone, email webchat with one of the Council Tax and Benefits team.
